Transforming the treatment of human disease through protein silencing

Avila Therapeutics™
Covalent Drugs: Bonding to Targets, Silencing the Disease

Avila Therapeutics will treat human diseases using a remarkably powerful therapeutic approach called ‘protein silencing.’ Using our Avilomics™ platform, we generate covalent drugs that strongly and resiliently bond to specific disease-causing proteins, thereby “silencing” them and eradicating the corresponding disease. Avila’s novel covalent drugs have the potential to improve patient outcomes in a fundamentally new way, and Avila is rapidly developing these therapies for a number of diseases, including viral infections, cancers and autoimmune diseases.
